This is a VISCOSE/spandex print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is excellent, soft and drapey, with about 50% stretch in the width. It is lightweight yet opaque and has a soft hand and a matte finish. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The absolutely stunning digital print called "Baroque by the sea" has a 21" repeat and features shades of sand, spice, tobacco, golden, etc. (PANTONE 13-0917, 18-1444, 18-0835, 16-1140 etc.).
