This is a VISCOSE/spandex print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is excellent, soft and drapey, with about 50% stretch in the width. It is lightweight yet opaque and has a soft hand and a matte finish. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The "dandelion puffs" print has a 19" repeat, and features sky blue and dandelion white, etc. (PANTONE 16-4535, 11-4202, etc.). Make a great tee, top, tunic, skirt, dress, cardigan, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first.
