From our favorite Dutch fabric supplier comes this wonderful quality cotton poplin woven, perfect for shirting, dresses, etc. Imported from The Netherlands, this is a gorgeous shirt/dress weight woven with a cottony drape featuring white deco flowers (4" repeat) on a soft navy ground (PANTONE 19-4118).
