Dutch digital petal power knit Oeko-Tex - blues 1.5 yds

Here's another AMAZING cotton/lycra panel print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is sublime, soft and substantial, with about 60% stretch in both directions. It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. This wonderful "petal power" print (8.75" repeat) had a lovely abstracted floral design in shades of blue and white on a midnight blue-black background (PANTONE 19-3920, 15-4427, 17-4139, 14-4816, etc.). Make a great tee, top, tunic, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first. 1.5 yds.
