Here's another AMAZING cotton/spandex panel print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is sublime, soft and substantial, with about 60% stretch in both directions. It is opaque and has a soft hand and drape with body. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The gorgeous painterly shapes print has a 27.5" repeat, and a multi-color palette on a midnight blue background (PANTONE 19-3920, 16-1349, 18-0937, 16-2124, 16-4020, etc.). Make a great tee, top, tunic, skirt, dress, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first.
