Italian wool pique textured woven - tandoori floral

From Italy, this all wool pique'-textured woven is quite a rare find, and absolutely beautiful! It is an opaque dressweight with a soft drape that has just a bit of body, and stylized floral print (34" repeat) features tandoori, black, camel and khaki tones (PANTONE 18-1444, 17-1047, 14-1112, etc.). The pique' texture adds depth and dimension, and it is perfect for a dress, shirt, tunic, skirt, etc. The reverse is also textured, so some may wish to add a lightweight lining. Dry clean or please test first if you wish to hand wash and lay flat to dry. Sells for $70/yd in New York.
