famous designer 'fairisle' sweater knit - nutmeg/midnight .5 yds

From a very famous designer, made in Italy (Dondi), this is a wonderful 100% cotton yarn-dyed sweater knit with a chevron-y fairisle design that has a 1/2" repeat. The colors are nutmeg, midnight and off white (PANTONE 18-1030, 19-4025, etc.) and the reverse has a similar look but the white is more prominent. It is stable, medium weight and opaque with body in the drape, and it has about 15% mechanical stretch in both directions. Perfect for a cardigan, sweater jacket, sweater dress, skirt, knit suiting, etc. Marked as "Pre-Fall 2019". Test first if you wish to hand wash and lay flat to dry, or dry clean. LAST PIECE, .5 yds.
