From a NY designer, this is a blouseweight stretch silk woven, lightweight with 40% widthwise stretch and great recovery. It is tightly woven and semi-opaque with a soft drape that has a bit of body. The painterly stripes print (32.5" vertical, 18" horizontal repeat) features indigo, turquoise, plum, fuschia, pink, navy, cream, etc. (PANTONE 13-2006, 16-5127, 17-2617, etc.). It's the perfect weight for a blouse, top, tunic, etc. Dry cleaning recommended.
