NY designer french blue stretch cotton woven 1.5 yd

From a NY designer, this stretch cotton woven is a fabulous summer basic. The texture is quite smooth, it has a matte finish, and about 20% widthwise stretch with great recovery. The color is a pretty french blue (PANTONE 16-4020). It is medium weight and opaque with a cottony drape -- a great choice for pants, capris, a light jacket, summer suiting, tailored dresses or skirts, etc. Test first if you wish to machine wash and hang to dry. 1.5 yds.
