From E11a Moss, this is a beautiful quality printed viscose twill weave with a soft drape. The 'starry night' design is so pretty, with navy stars on a soft white ground (PANTONE 19-4118). It is a nearly opaque and medium-light weight, a fabulous choice for blouse, top, tunic, dress, skirt, etc. (A dress or skirt may need lining.) Dry cleaning recommended. Test first if you wish to hand wash and hang or lay flat to dry.
