This "Scuba Air" double-sided fashion neoprene fabric has the look, feel, weight and stretch of an all-polyester scuba/neoprene, but feels lighter and more comfortable to wear. Designers from every fashion market are using this micro-doubleknit fabric for everything from high fashion garments to active and sportswear. It's opaque, substantial, with body in the drape and about 15-20% stretch widthwise. The face is a heathery navy, and the back is solid navy (PANTONE 19-3908).
