This is a very unique, intriguing and beautiful fabric! From a NY designer, it is a lace- or mesh-like weave, with an edgy and urban textured window grid design. It is sheer with a soft drape and hand, and the colors are off black and natural. Think of it as a sheer and floaty overlay for a top, tunic, blouse, lightweight overjacket, etc. Dry cleaning is probably best, or if you want to try hand-washing, please test first, and lay flat to dry.
