CA designer plisse' look matelasse'- palace blue

This is a wonderful matelasse' weave that has an overlapping plisse'-like texture with 5% stretch in the width only. It is a medium dress weight, opaque with a lovely surface texture and a bit of body in the drape. The color is palace blue (PANTONE 18-4043). It has an "expensive" look that would be perfect for a sheath or fitted dress, skirt, tunic top, jacket, suit, etc., for an evening out or a special event. Dry cleaning recommended.
