NY designer royal/forest lace overlay 'scuba' knit

From a NY designer, this fabulous scuba-like fabric has a smooth royal blue polyester stretch underlayer, and a scalloped lacey overlayer in a blue and forest green (PANTONE 18-3945, 19-0312). It has about 10% widthwise stretch and a reembroidery-textured surface from the lace overlay. The texture and colors are more distinct in real life! It has a 5" horizontal and 5.5" vertical repeat. It is perfect for a sheath dress, tulip-stye dress, skinny pants, a fitted jacket, pencil skirt, etc. Test first if you wish to hand or machine wash, and hang to dry.
