From a CA designer, this is a viscose/wool stretch striped woven, a dress weight (similar to tropical weight) with 30% stretch in the width only and great recovery. It's drapey with body, lightweight but opaque, so it's perfect for any season dresses, pants, suiting, skirts, jackets, etc. The coloring is a mix of dark gray and off white (PANTONE 18-0306 is close to the dark color) the stripe has a tweedy, salt and pepper look that is slightly different on the reverse (either side can be used as the face). It's versatile, classic and will go with just about anything in your wardrobe! Dry cleaning recommended.
