From a NY designer this is a great-looking stretch lace with a webbed backing of elastic thread for a springy recovery. The base fabric has 10% widthwise, 25% lengthwise stretch, lots of drape, and it's very lightweight and semi sheer. The print is a scrollwork design with a 15" repeat, in black and off white. Perfect for tops, tees, tunics, lacey leggings, etc. Some styles may need lining or layering (power mesh would be perfect!). Hand wash, hang to dry. LAST PIECE, .625 yds.
