NY designer matelasse knit - taupe diamond 1.75 yds

Another fabulous cotton blend, yarn-dyed matelasse' knit from a NY designer! The fabric has a bit of surface texture and the weight and drape are similar to a doubleknit with 20% widthwise stretch. The decorative design has winter white curvy diamonds with black outlines on a taupe background (PANTONE 16-1315), while the reverse is a solid black that is smooth and soft, but not meant to be seen. Make a fabulous fitted dress, knit jacket, pencil skirt, knit suit, tunic, etc. The drape has lots of body and the cotton blend is comfortable and versatile!
