2-ply soft crinkled all-cotton knit - periwinkle .9 yds

This is a lovely, soft, casual and very well-priced 2-ply cotton knit (2 layers stitched together, giving it more loft and softness) with a crinkled texture that is a result of the way the layers are connected. The fabric is about 45" when relaxed, but can expand to about 54"--20% widthwise stretch and 10% lengthwise. It's medium-light weight and opaque with a dry hand and cottony drape and texture. The colorway of this one is a pretty periwinkle (PANTONE 17-3934). Make a casual top, tee, tunic, dress, skirt, loungewear, childrenswear, etc. Please test first if you wish to hand or machine wash at home. LAST PIECE, .9 yard (I have two like this).
