French embossed-look ponte - black scallop 1.25 yds

From a brand new French shipment, this is a fabulous 4-way stretch ponte-like knit in black, emboss-textured with a scallopy graphic design. It's a medium weight knit with about 10% widthwise stretch widthwise, 5% lengthwise, and great recovery. The reverse is not textured but you can still see the design (not really meant to be seen). It has lovely drape with substance and body, not quite as heavy as a ponte, but still perfect for fashion-forward skinny pants or leggings, elastic waist pants, a body hugging knit dress or tunic, fitted jacket, skirt, etc. Sophisticated, versatile and fashion forward!
