This gives you the option to clip away the margin for a scalloped edge on your garment at the sleeve, hem, etc. Your choice! This fabric is woven with BCI certified cotton and Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic dyes. It is semi-opaque due to the eyelet and stable in both directions.
