From French designer deadstock, this is a wonderful matte jersey knit, light weight with lots of drape and about 40% stretch widthwise, 30% lengthwise. Matte jersey skims the body in a very flattering way, but it can be a bit slippery to work with (use LOTS of pins or hand baste to stabilize while sewing!). It is nearly opaque with smooth and silky surface. The bold and brightly colored 'beaming floral' print has a large, 35" repeat and features lemon-lime, lipstick red, raspberry, etc. on a black background (PANTONE 18-2336, 18-1763, 12-0642, etc.). Great for tees, tops, tunics, dresses, skirts, etc. Test first if you would like to hand or machine wash, cold, hang to dry.
