Japanese 'patchwork story' printed stretch denim

From designer deadstock and made in Japan, this is a wonderful quality mid-weight cotton denim with about 10% stretch in the width only. It is opaque and has a soft, dry hand with some cottony crispness in the drape. The jubilant "patchwork story" print has a 23" vertical repeat featuring a wide range of pastel colors and black linework printed on a white base. Make an incredibly unique pair of jeans, capris, shorts, a structured dress or skirt, an overshirt, lightweight jacket, etc. Note the more narrow width, which is typical for Japanese fabrics. Hand or machine wash gentle, in cold water and hang to dry (please test first).
